• Please inspect the product upon delivery. If there are any concerns or issues, you can request a return at this point. Once you have received and paid for the product, we consider it as your acceptance of the item. Subsequent returns will not be accepted.

• To facilitate the return process, please take a picture of the product, and send it to us along with your city, address, and order number. This is necessary if the product is defective, damaged, or not in accordance with the agreement.

• We will replace the product with a similar one as part of our exchange process.
